This is our activities that you can participate and learning with us. 

เก็บผักป่า ขุดหน่อไม้ หาอาหารพื้นบ้าน
Gathering food from the forest. 

ทำเกษตรปลอดสาร ปลูกผักพื้นบ้าน ไม้ผล ไม้ป่า สมุนไพร
Organic farming, Growing vegetable, Fruits, Herbs and Forest plant. 

ทำอาหารทำขนมกินกัน ทั้งอาหารไทย และอาหารต่างสัญชาติ
Cooking Thai and International foods and sweets.  

แปรรูป,ทำของใช้เอง เช่น แชมพู  และเครื่องใช้ไม้สอยจากไม้ไผ่และกะลามะพร้าว
Preserve food and making shampoo etc. Handmade from bamboo and coconut shell.  

ทอผ้ากี่เอว เย็บเป็นเสื้อ เป็นย่าม
Weaving Ki-Euu (Karen Style )  to make clothes and bags. 

นวด สัมผัสรัก แก้เมิ่อย แก้ปวด
Teaching and giving massage with loving kindness.  

จิบชา สนทนา แลกเปลี่ยนยามค่ำ
Drinking tea and enjoy talking at the beautiful night.  

และสำคัญที่สุด  อ่านจิตดูใจ และสัมผัสธรรมชาติรอบตัว  เพื่อความเข้าใจตัวเองและโลก
The most importance thing is be with yourself and look at your mind and spirit. To be with the nature for understanding yourself and the world.  

งานส่วนใหญ่หมุนเวียนตามฤดูกาลและฤดูงานของชีวิตชาวสวน
All activities will happen by depend on the season.
